Fam, it's been quiet around here. I promise i'll do more on the blog soon but i got something else: check out my weekly Substack newsletter. HIGHEST FIVE is a try to send out a curated selection of running-related stuff that's hot in (my? our? your?) running bubble right now. Hot products? We got you. Community action around the last Marathon? Well, we got you. Latest tendencies in running? i hope we got you. I put together 5-10 topics and you can be sure i'll deliver my honest opinion to you, sometimes even with longer and deeper thoughts. Instagram will stay the main source but i really like to have more space for words and thoughts in the newsletter!
Usually i'll send you 1 email a week, mostly on tuesdays. But tbh sometimes i don't make it every week, sometimes something BIG is happening and you'll get a second one!
