WYRD RUNNING: BINDING MOTION
Wyrd Running is a relatively fresh brand from Kowloon, Hong Kong. Stepping into the spotlight in 2021, they just released their Binding Motion collection over the last months. Without knowing the exact backround for the title of the collection, it's sumed up easy: we run together. We move together. motion is what's binds us.
The collection features two key pieces: the Compression Shorts is a classic 2in1 technical running short, made from lightweight poly-blend lining. Two earthy colors (one's orange on orange, the other comes with a black tight and olive short) are available at the moment for a subtle look while doing your new PB!
The second key piece is a (imo) overlooked gadget: just over the last weeks or months i came to the conclusion that a running belt can be way more efficient than always having your backpack/vest with you. Also my small running packs can't compete with huge smartphones and, to be honest, gravity. They're shaking around way too much.
Here's where the running belt comes into play. It promises to hold your phone, maybe some pocket money, your keys and gel, not sure if a small foldable bottle fits in. That's all you need. The Wyrd running belt is available in two colorways, 34€ seems fair.
